Blackpink’s Rosé will be releasing her solo project titled R on March 12. Fans who have been waiting years for this project can finally breath or the opposite, as I am sure Rosé will take your breath away with her stunning vocals and visuals. From pre-orders to views on Youtube her solo have set new records and she will be the first solo Korean artist to perform on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on March 16.
Prior to the announcement on the release date, Blackpink Youtube channel release a 33-second video teaser titled “Rosé – Coming Soon”. This was revealed to be a B-side track titled “Gone” and was performed for the first time in Blackpink’s online concert “THE SHOW”. Fans went crazy over this thus the clip gain immense views reaching over 47 Million. Blinks are quick to notice and assumes that the first 5 second of the clip is related to their title track “Lovesick Girls” in THE ALBUM as they saw an empty bathtub that has black ink on it. The teaser also includes a line saying “All my love is gone, all my love is gone, now you’re dead and gone”. True to that, Rosé was eating alone and she looks gloomy and vulnerable. On March 7, Blackpink Youtube channel release a 15-second video teaser for her title track “On the Ground” looking so glamorous inside a limousine. After two days another video teaser with 17-second lenth was released. She looks unapologetic while singing the lines “Everything I need is on the ground”. Of course like other Blackpink video clip it gains Million views in less than a day.
